We love the fact that this hair laser growth machine is so easy to use. It reminds you of wearing a sports cap when you need to wear it. The only difference would be how much benefits it has to offer in hair restoration. Depending on everyone’s budget, the price can fall more toward the “expensive” side though. However, for the advantages you will get from using this hair growth laser cap, we declared this is the best hair laser growth device in 2018. Try it for yourself and let us know what do you think!

I’ve tried a few different things with the hopes that it might make my hair recover. There’s Biotin, which I’m still taking once a day. I don’t think it’s really doing anything. I’ve tried some hair vitamins called Hairfluence for a couple months. They didn’t really help either. The latest test has been Biotin shampoo which I’ve been using for a month or so without any noticeable effects. So when I was offered the chance, I was totally game to try the iRestore.

The recommended use for HairMax Ultima 9 is three 10-15 minute sessions per week. That seems like a lot of combing – and you may develop some nicely-toned and muscled arms in the process – but, again, it’s only for three times a week and you can do it in the convenience of your home. So, put on some music, or your favorite television show, and comb away.
Sorry Lori but you’ve tipped your hand. Lori’s timeline, thats a long time after her initial testimony to have the urge to keep coming back here to defend this product. Notice how her hairstylist is soooooo excited to cut her new hair…. I mean common. So does she also work for QVC cause shes quoting their no risk you got nothing to lose like a 3am infomercial. And yeah caught that one too, one day of non use and she could tell her hair suffered from that. Sorry Lori waaaaay toooo many one sided persuasive arguments. Be vigil people, when reading reviews a tip is to ignore positive reviews and focus on the negatives. Generally negative reviews are real, see what the complaints are focused towards and if the product is what it claims there will be minimal complaints. Hope that helps. Lori lol, i wonder what her, or more likely his real name is…
“Plants convert sunlight into energy, which they use to grow. This is similar to the process of photobiomodulation. Certain wavelengths of light whether laser or LED, are absorbed into the outer layer of skin where your hair follicles reside. The light creates ATP (cellular energy), which strengthens both the cells and the surrounding area creating a perfect scenario for hair growth. Follicles expand, hair gets thicker, and new hairs grow from the now open hair follicles”, Braile tells me of how LLLT works to stimulate hair growth.
As for comfort and design, it is constructed well and is much easier to use than I thought it would be. The controls are fool proof, where you simply choose a picture for what your baldness pattern looks like, then start. it automatically stops after that particular program's time limit is reached. no chance of overexposure or anything. It is comfortable to wear and the built-in headphones are of decent quality too. Only issue is that when I want to watch TV instead of listening to a connected device through the headphone jack, I wish the headphones could be moved out of the way or removed entirely. Harder to hear, but not impossible.
First, let me start by saying I bought my IGrow system back in 2011. I used it diligently 3xs a week and WOW. It really changed the thickness and texture of my individual strands. It also helped dormant follicles come back and my thinning spots went away. Truly helped bring my self confidence back in my life. Once my hair got strong I did extensions for awhile and then I was pregnant so my hair was awesome for a few years! Now that my baby is 3yrs old and I'm 45 my hair has gotten thin again. So I brought out my IGrow out of the closet to get my hair back. The only problem was it kept shorting out. It wouldn't stay on. So I called the company hoping for a replacement box that I would of had no problem paying for. Since it had been over 6 years since I bought it. Well, I gotta say this company probably has the best customer service I have ever experienced. First, I spoke to Jonathan the owner a funny very personable guy who told me to call back on the next business day to get things sorted. When I did and explained to Melody what it was doing she told me, it was a wire in the helmut. So she told me to send back my 6 yr old helmut and she would replace it with a new one for FREE! I was astounded! This company and their people truly stand behind their products and their just amazing and kind. If I still lived in California I would beg for a job. If more companies in the world were ran like this, it would be a much better place. Thank you again IGROW for not only a great product, but for you😃
Thank you for your feedback. The 4 spacing columns with silicone cushion "caps" help suspend the light canopy over the scalp to allow for the best coverage and absorption of the light waves. Most find wearing the iGrow quite comfortable, but naturally everyone is a little different. If your scalp is more sensitive, I've heard from some that placing a cotton ball between the silicone cushion and the scalp helps them.
The iGrow® Laser Hair Growth System works via the principle of photo-bio stimulation, a process by which nutrient rich laser energy is delivered to the hair follicle. This process causes a revitalization of the individual follicle, and a general strengthening of the hair. The device uses a total of 51 red and laser lights to emit the maximum amount of energy necessary to stimulate the hair follicles and effectively cause re-growth.
Thanks for sharing this information. I am going to recommend looking up a doctor out of Houston, TX Dr. Rashid Rashid (not a duplicate print, his actual name). He does a hair grafting procedure that takes your own follicles and transplants back into your balding areas and your hair naturally grows back. It really works too and truly VERY inexpensive and way less intrusive than more invasive procedures like a Bosley. It isn’t surgery and not a long process. He does give you something to basically put you out during, but does not hurt at all and I’d say I saw my new fuller hair starting within about 90 days and I think I’m four years in and the areas he put hair in has kept growing since. I’m 51 and have a couple more balding areas I’m going to get done again. Great, great guy too. Consider looking him up. I think if you tell him a former patient refereed you, that you will get some form of a discount. God bless
Unlike other hair laser treatments, iGrow uses a combination of LED and laser technology, at a clinically proven wavelength of 655 nano-meters. The unique design of the iGrow helmet is specially contoured to cover your entire scalp for the most effective treatment possible in the shortest amount of time. The hands-free design is much more convenient than hair-loss laser combs and the distribution of the low-level laser and LED lights inside the iGrow helmet ensures that the treatment targets exactly the parts of your scalp that need it most every time.

I purchased the iGrow in June of 2017, have used it 2-3 times a week as directed, every single week since June 2017. It is now March of 2018, and I can't say there is even the slightest of difference in my hair density. If anything, I might have lost more since I purchased the device, but I think it's due to the progression of hair loss and nothing to do with the device, although I still believe the iGrow helmet hasn't made any difference.

With specially designed programmes for both men and women, the iGrow Laser Hair Rejuvenation System is suitable for use by both men and women. If you know that you have a genetic susceptibility to hair loss, the iGrow is the perfect way to keep your hair healthy, thick and strong before hair loss occurs, and if you have started to notice thinning hair on your crown or a receding hair line, iGrow is ideal for you.
Then I ordered my igrow! It's Been 4 wks & though I haven't seen any difference in actual hair loss, I swear my hair feels thicker!!! In only 2 wks I could start to see & feel a difference in my hair. I know it's not possible to have regrowth yet where my hair has been lost or has thinned but my hair does look & feel younger, shinier & healthier! I'm also getting little tiny new hairs growing along my hairline! :) I wish pics could be attached.
That thing is hideous. If it does restore my hair though, that does not bother me in the least. The two giant earmuff looking things you see there do actually act as headphones as well. It is fully compatible with your iPod or any other mp3 player. That’s a nice little bell they added and the whistle is the adjustable clips that fit almost any head size. Now let’s break down the technical specifications of the iGrow Laser Helmet as advertised. The important thing to remember here is that an effective wavelength for LLLT is at 655 nanometers.
Apira Science, which is a privately held company founded by Braile and two other partners not only offers the iGrow for hair growth, but is preparing to launch their latest device, the iDerma, a hands-free facial mask that utilizes a combination of 142 red (660nm) and infrared LEDs (940 nm) in both narrow and wide angle lenses that reduce fine lines, wrinkles, minimize pores, improve texture and boost overall skin health. iDerma officially launches in January but is available to purchase now on Amazon or directly from their website.

I Grow is a revolutionary safe, effective, in-home hair growth/stimulation device that helps stop the hair loss process and return the thin hair back to a healthier, fuller and thicker state. It is fully portable, easy to use and equites no manual movement. I Grow incorporates Apira Science’s proprietary dual combination of red laser and LED light diodes to effectively stimulate cellular activity causing a reenergizing of the natural function of the hair follicle. This has been proven to reverse the hair loss and thinning process over a 4 to 6 month period. This noninvasive hair rejuvenation device is safe, effective and affordable with no side effects, unlike pharmaceuticals, topical and pills used to treat hair loss. The typical treatment is wearing the laser helmet at least three times a week for an average of 20-25 minutes per session.
am using the igrow since on month now , i feel there is some minor improvement in my hair but i receive it without the shampoo and conditioner which supposed to be included in the offer from apirascience.com and i send several emails to them without any response so am not sure how they will act in money back program if they are not responding for such issue

Today the iGrow is probably the most well recognized device in the industry. It is obviously a helmet device for hair regrowth. It operates with exactly 21 diodes and 30 LEDs. The 21 diodes is actually a good number for people who are just beginning to lose hair or individuals with dark coarse hair and those individuals who have not been losing hair for a long period of time basically. If you're losing hair for less than 5 years, you have dark coarse hair, or even a lot of sort of brown or medium brown hair, and again just beginning to lose it, this is a great device because you don't need a tremendous amount of stimulation to get hairs growing. You need the right amount of stimulation. I compare many cases to getting the right amount of energy to like hitting a baseball or hitting a golf ball. It's not more power. It's basically hitting the sweet spot and getting the optimal amount of energy to produce the result, and the iGrow is great for producing that I'd say probably about 70% of the time.

I'm so sorry to hear you didn't get the hoped-for results from using the iGrow. Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) is a clinically-proven treatment for genetic hair loss, but naturally results can vary from person to person depending on many factors such as extent of hair loss, genetics and just the differences between individuals. Many people are indeed happy to wear hats, shave their heads or just learn to "live with it", but for those who are not the iGrow has helped thousands of men and women worldwide with their thinning hair.

There have been no studies with regard to users quitting laser treatment due to the inconveniences it causes, but I’m certain many people, men and women alike, do not use their laser devices as instructed. In fact, I’d venture to say that the majority of laser products that have been sold over the last 5 years are collecting dust in closets, garages, and basements.
You’d basically be a guinea pig for this product, since there isn’t enough third party feedback on whether this works or not. It might be a better offer if they let you break up the payments into installments, or offer a trial period where you pay a smaller up front cost of around $100 and then pay the balance if you like it after 60 days. But the way they have this set up puts all of the risk on you, even with their guarantee in place. Anytime we see that we think that the company isn’t very confident in their product. We like it better when there is some risk placed on the business so they have a vested interest in bringing a working product to market.
As the name implies, laser helmets consist of an outer shell (made of lightweight material) that houses the lasers and red lights. A typical laser helmet session lasts for up to 30 minutes, although usually not on a daily basis. Laser helmets cover a much wider area of your head and scalp than combs – or, at least what a single pass of a comb covers.
Reduces hair loss: A good number of people with chronic hair loss bought this device. Some had prior complains of fistfuls of hair falling off whenever they washed or combed. After a few weeks of use, their hair was no longer falling off. Others complained of prior rapid hair loss. The device was able to slow down this to nil. This made some a little skeptical and were left asking “does iGrow work?” When they got rid of the device however, their rapid hair loss returned. Give it time
Hello, I am looking forward to your review as I am a 43 year old male who finally bit the bullet and had a procedure done at Bosley yesterday. The doc recommended some sort of laser therapy to keep the hair I have and I ran across this product on Amazon. I am looking forward to some real world testing before I spend that kind of money on a product. Good luck to you as I hope it gives you the results we all hope for!

On my quest to find if this iGrow Laser Helmet was the solution for me, I came across tons of other reviews of the product. First I searched message boards closely related to the subject and found a bunch of testimonials from people in the same situation I am in. The problem was, it was a really mixed consensus. Being the cynic that I am, I automatically assumed that the reviews that were raving this thing as a miracle product were left by the manufacturer or someone paid to promote the iGrow. That is what made me move to YouTube where I watched this pair of videos.

I was not joking but I am very happy with the Igrow and with my results. I still have superfine hair and that has not changed, but I have much more hair and more body. I have found that I get used to this new hair and forget that I need to maintain it, forgetting to use the Igrow once in awhile, until I notice I’m losing body. When I notice, I go back to using it and it has more life. The Igrow increases the blood flow to the follicles. More blood flow, more body, more hair growth.
There are some studies that have indicated its safety and effectiveness. It is even equipped with headphones and an MP3 or iPod interface so you can enjoy music and relax while the device is working to promote hair growth. It is specifically designed for treating Androgenetic Alopecia (genetic-based hair thinning/loss). It energizes the cellular activity within the hair follicle promoting the proliferation of healthy, thick and full hair.
Again, this device in my opinion for about 70% of the people who use it, especially those with dark hair and dark skin, but also those who have not been losing hair for a long period of time, definitely less than 5 years, they will do very, very well with this device. I always stress it to be used in conjunction with all the right products, such as our products. Particularly, we have many kits that have the iGrow laser in it, so that all of that can be used successfully.
“A form of alternative medicine that uses low-level (low-power) lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Other names include low-power laser, soft laser, cold laser, biostimulation laser, therapeutic laser, and laser acupuncture. Whereas high-power lasers used in laser medicine destroy or cut tissue, low-power lasers are claimed to stimulate it and to encourage the cells to function.”

I have now used the igrow for 2 years. I originally used it on alternative days on the 20 minute setting. I done this for a year. I then changed to 3 times a week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays. But on the 25 minute setting. The igrow has really halted my hair loss. My hair is also much fuller. Not sure about any regrowth? Just what you have has more chance of staying and does thicken up. I also use a volume increasing shampoo and conditioner. I always make sure my hair is fully dried before using the igrow and I never use it with any gels, mousse etc in my hair. Not sure if that would make any difference? But I like to give it the best chance of working.

This device basically has a support system of small suction cups up top, 4 of those which actually just basically keep it suspended off of the scalp. There are also these little ear muffs which really are for stability more than anything else. You can't actually listen to music through them, but most of the time people are using them for stability. There are 5 settings on here, 3 men's settings and 2 women's settings. I usually only recommend the maximum settings, and then allow people to dial back the time as usual. The average person I recommend to use 20 minutes twice weekly to start, then normally after 90 days, you can increase it to 25 minutes twice weekly. Then if after a year or so you have used it and really haven't had optimal results, or have had optimal results and you need to take it up a notch, then you take it up to 3 times weekly.
